Phil Romine

Phil Romine graduated from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities in 2016 with a Master of Divinity. Phil spent a year with Central as an intern in 2014/2015, which included providing worship and pastoral coverage for Rev. Colby’s sabbatical. He is thrilled to return! Along with the Children and Youth Ministries Coordinator position, Phil is also responsible for publications and communications at Central.

After graduating from St. Olaf College with a B.A. in German and Sociology/Anthropology, Phil worked with college students and their families as part of HECUA, a St. Paul-based nonprofit that provides off-campus study programs that focus on social justice issues in local communities in the U.S. and abroad. He also completed his first unit of Clinical Pastoral Education at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, MN in 2014. He presently serves on the board for Twin Cities Houses of Hospitality, a local mission-oriented project that provides reduced-cost housing and intentional community programming to young adults working in Twin Cities-based educational/service programs.

Phil lives in NE Minneapolis with his spouse Liz and “doghter” Lorelei.

Please contact Phil at 651-224-4728 ext. 109 or philromine@cpcstpaul.org. He would love to hear from you!
