Bible 201: An Evening Course on Kind David
Four Wednesdays, beginning June 17, 6:30-7:45 PM
Beginning on June 21 and continuing into August, worship will draw our attention to stories about King David. You are encouraged and invited to explore questions of faith and gain a deeper understanding of these stories in a four-week evening class taught by Rev. Colby and Pastoral Associate Maureen Smith. Each class is self-contained, although consistent attendance is encouraged.
July 8: Jesus the Messiah, son of David. What do these stories about David say about God and the biblical concept of a promised Messiah? How can and should we connect the throne of David to Jesus?
