5/22 NEW PARKING INFO ON SUNDAY MORNINGS
4/25/2012 CURRENT CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS:
On Sundays: Park in the World Trade Center Ramp, located just across the street from the church. (Make sure to use the “general parking lane” rather than the lane for the Children’s Museum.) NOTE that pedestrians need to exit the ramp on the Wabasha side and walk north toward 10th Street in order to cross the street to get to Central. Plan a few extra minutes to get to church. [See map and directions below] OR PARK IN THE KCP LOT.
Handicapped Parking on Sundays and during the week: Whenever possible, the basement entrance from the MPR parking lot will be open on Sunday mornings. Handicap parking is available at the Church of St. Louis (with proper handicap permit), at 10th and Cedar. From there you will come down the sidewalk to the Cedar Street entrances. If you need assistance getting to the church, please notify Allie in the office, and we will arrange for someone to help.
During weekday evenings for Choir, Committee Meetings, etc:You may park in the MPR Lot, located off 9th and Minnesota. But, due to our downstairs entrance being renovated, you’ll need to walk up to Cedar and enter from one of those doors.
During the weekdays (during the day) for Martha’s Closet, Book Group, Wednesday Lunch Volunteers, and Committee Meetings:During the time that our back entrance (off the MPR lot) is inaccessible due to construction, we are allowed to use 4 spaces in the World Trade Center Ramp during the day. If your group (book group, Wednesday lunch volunteers, committee meetings, etc) needs those vouchers, please connect with Anna or Allie in the office.
